Vor 500 Jahren entschließt sich in Zürich eine Handvoll Menschen, ganze Sache zu machen. Ihr einziges Bestreben: Jesus-Nachfolge! Hier lassen die sogenannten "Täufer" keine Kompromisse gelten. Intensives Bibelstudium hat sie zur Wiederentdeckung der ursprünglichen Gemeinde Jesu Christi geführt.

Die unruhigen Zeiten der Reformation brachten neben den reformierten Kirchen auch die Bewegung der Täufer hervor. 1525 fand die erste Erwach senentaufe in Zürich statt. Auch das Zürcher Oberland war ein wichtiger täuferischer Hotspot. Es war eine Zeit, in der vieles aufbrach, vieles sich änderte und Menschen Freiheit suchten und fanden, indem sie das Evange lium neu lasen. Zum 500-Jahr-Jubiläum finden zwei Bildungsabende und ein Begegnungs sonntag im Züri Oberland statt. Die Einblicke in Einsichten von damals können bis heute inspirieren

BRUDERHOF - FAITH AT 500 CELEBRATION

A one day conference celebrating the witness and faith of the Anabaptist movement birthed 500 years ago. We look to the daring courage of the first Anabaptists’ costly discipleship, and hope to be reinvigorated by the Spirit through Scripture and storytelling, and to be inspired by lifting our voices in song. 

How can I contribute?
Faith at 500 welcomes your participation!
• Storytelling: Come ready to tell in a small group setting, how the
Anabaptist vision has shaped your own story.
• Hymn Sing: An opportunity for your group to perform a hymn.
• Dessert: Bring a dessert for a potluck! Please include a sign with your dessert that details ingredients. Gluten and Dairy free options welcome.

La Cumbre de Paz, es un evento que busca ilustrar por medio de testimonios y diferentes emprendimientos como vamos construyendo esa paz en lo cotidiano. Como cultivo mi paz con Dios, conmigo mismo, con mi prójimo y con mi medio ambiente. ¿Cómo comunico esa paz en todos los aspectos de mi vida?
